"Empress" Boa Hancock disappoints me. I was expecting a mountain of a woman, if these amazons truly equate strength with beauty. Of course, with Oda's track record, I guess this was predictable.
At least she's a Shichibukai, which makes her quite strong. Chances of finally getting an Attractive Woman vs. Established as Strong Man match rising? Honestly, it's not that I want to see women get punched in the face, it's just that I would like to see a woman in the series who's good enough to be Luffy's opponent. Or, failing that, Zoro's.

And does it make me a horrible person that I still don't care about what's going to happen to Ace? I mean, I'm interested in Luffy's reaction, but I don't really care if Ace lives or dies.

Ace getting executed is pretty exciting. I sort of hope it happens because damn son shit hitting the fan much? Dragon probably goes off to rescue him like Luffy though. it would be so cool if he would be there and wouldn't do anything because of Important Reasons.

Yeah, I guess the execution is interesting to me too in the sense of how it's going to affect the plot. And for the sake of the plot I sort of hope he does die, but for Ace himself, I don't really care either way.

Yeah, seems like Fishman Island has been cancelled. though Sunny is still at Shabondy getting coated, so I guess all hope is not lost yet?

I'm really starting to think that Ace's execution is just a huge trap meant to lure Whitebeard, Shanks, or possibly both to their deaths. Because let's face it, killing just one of those two would have a hell of a lot more impact on the world than killing Ace.

You know, I think you're onto something, here. When I think about it, I wouldn't arrange such a grand public execution for a second-in-command, especially since there's a good chance his captain will show up to wreak havoc and save the day. The Shichibukai being invited ordered to attend makes much more sense if it's a trap, too.

There's also the fact that killing off one or two of the Yonkou would cause a serious shift in power, though. But at this point that may be a risk the World Government is willing to take.

I don't know how she does it, but Boa Hancock manages to be annoying AND boring at the same time. And I was expecting someone fun like Lola... I hope this will be over pretty soon.

Luffy is totally going to go rescue Ace on the marine dude's ship. It seems that there are only two ways out ouf the Fanservice Island: A)Hancock's ship or B)the marine ship. Option B is more likely since Luffy doesn't know how to operate a ship and even though it's pretty clear that Hancock is not going to cooperate, the marine dude just might be willing to give Luffy a ride if Luffy helps him in exchange. After all, the guy IS all alone in the middle of the Calm Belt.

Where are the other Strawhats, Oda? I miss them!
