Also, was that Luffy's mother just now? Or just Ivankov? It's hard to tell by a single speech bubble, especially since it's been translated, but I don't think the person talks like Ivankov, but the endearment and the high heel says that it's either an okama or a woman who is in a relationship with Dragon.

Great, now you've planted the idea of Ivankov being Lyffy's mother in my head. Anyway, it's nice to see Dragon again. Also, Sabo as one of the rebels = very yes.

An Ivankov-mama is fine too. B) Except Iva didn't know Dragon had kids. He'd probably have known if hhe'd given birth to one. (seriously which gender pronoun are you supposed to use for Iva? Ughh Japan and Finland have it so easy with their gender-neutral pronouns)
