Smoker, right about now would be a good time to go rogue and start pursuing real justice. Take Hina and Garp and their posses with you kthx. Tashigi too but that ought to be obvious.
Smoker's a good, stern dude with his heart in the right place. He should found a new WG on the ruins of this one, once it's done falling apart. And he's young enough to live in the current age.
And the WG will fall apart; I've been certain about that fact ever since the world nobles were introduced.
