I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt in one thing, though; I don't think this guy's resemblance to Mr. 0 Sir Crocodile is intentional.

But agreed, the guy with glasses looks more like that one guy from Fullmetal Alchemist (Greed, I think?).
