mipeltajaMy grandmother's poodle was put to sleep yesterday.
He was ten years old and pretty much the happiest dog on Earth, but he developed a heart condition in the beginning of this year. Grandma put the inevitable off until spring so that they could bury him.
We all knew this was going to happen, but I didn't think it'd be so sudden. Still, I realize that this is for the better. It'd have been cruel to prolong the poor thing's suffering any longer.
