Man I love Wednesdays. :D
All I have on Wednesday is

8.00-9.15: Religion in Finland

9.15-10.55: Nothing (what do you call a blank in your timetable in English, anyway? In Finnish we call it "hyppytunti" [=skip/jump class])

10.55-12.10 English

And then I get to go home, whee.

And today's religion class was awesome. We visited the local Orthodox Christian church and it was small and pretty and we had to stand for well over an hour but it was still totally cool.

In russian we call epmty classes "okno" (window) XD I`m more lucky, since I have... NO CLASSES AT UNI AT WEDNESDAH AT ALL! XD <3

:O OH I AM JEALOUS.

..."window", eh? I can see the logic behind that.

Uh...best thing I can think of to call it is a "free period" or a "break."

And lucky, you get your classes done with in the morning. I have class at 7:30 PM four days of the week. D: I have other classes too but they're in the afternoon...

Oh, okay.

Yeah, getting them done in the morning is pretty cool. Though I wouldn't mind having all of it in the evening since I'm one of those people who, if allowed, would go to sleep at three AM and wake up sometime around noon. :P

I call blanks "free time" , "leisure time", or "break".

Ou, you're the opposite of me when it comes to scheduling. I like to sleep in and start my classes later. I'm more or less nocturnal. XD

I'd like to do that, too, but the scheduling at Upper Secondary School isn't flexible enough. Especially since it's my last year and I'm basically taking what few courses I still need to graduate.
