Today, I passed an Uchiha Itachi in the street. And I don't mean "someone who kind of resembled Itachi", I mean a guy wearing an actual Akatsuki cloak, with a scraped Konoha headband and with lines drawn under his eyes. He was in the company of another Akatsuki-cloak-guy, but if the other guy was supposed to be some specific character, his cosplay was pretty lame.

The weird thing is, I have absolutely no explanation why someone would have been hanging out around the mall in cosplay. I saw no other cosplayers, there are no cons in this city, and Kitacon in the neighbouring city was weeks ago. There are a number of yearly celebrations during which you could expect to come across people in costumes, but none of them are this month.

I guess there's no reason why he couldn't walk about in cosplay if he felt like it, but it just seems so random.

So, yeah, confuzzled.

Maybe they were the same Akatsuki guys I saw a year or to ago in Rovaniemi? :D It wasn't any special occassion either, they just randomly walked down the street in the suburb.

Ehkä nämä tyypit halusivat tuoda vähän vaihtelua ihmisten elämään? Itsestäni ainakin on hauskaa ennen/jälkeen larppin tai conin tai jonkin muun tapahtuman käydä kaupassa tai jotain siinä asussa. Ja käytän kyllä kaikki tekosyyt, kuten esimerkiksi Vapun, Jokerin cossaamiseen. ...mutta myönnettäköön, en ole tainnut vielä kertaakaan aivan randomisti ja ilman tekosyytä cossata/pukeutua joksisin ei-cossiksi.
Joo, ei hajuukaan. Mutta kaipa se nyt silti oli piristävää nähdä random Akatsukeja?

Onhan se jännää. Tulee vähän samanlainen fiilis kuin sisäpiirin vitsien kanssa; tuntee itsensä erityiseksi kun tajuaa edes sen että mitä ne puvut on. Jos nyt se on hämärän peitossa että mitä varten ne puvut on, niin sehän on pikkujuttu. :D
