And jadeile, if you're reading this, I'm not sure if I want to hug you or hit you for getting me back to playing. I'm still going to try that other Mew code once I get a Lvl 100 Machop.

I have a Mew on my Blue game (thank you, bizarre cheat involving Fly). They're wonderful and completely overpowered. :D

I think that's the exact cheat I used. You are talking about the one where you fly away just before a trainer challenges you and go battle the dude with a Slowpoke near Cerulean, right?
I'm thankful it worked, because there haven't been any Mew giveaways for years.

Yup, that's the cheat. I had to use the modified version, because I'd already fought that trainer.

You do know that you can use that cheat to get any creature in the game, right? I later used it to get a Hitmonlee after I took Hitmonchan at the dojo. ^__^
