Now that's what I call PRETTY. Why can't Nami wear this in the ACTUAL STORY, instead of the short skirt+pretty, oldfashioned shirt combo?

Or at least wear something that covers her knees? That skirt doesn't really go with a shirt like that. All right, I swear I'm done whining about the skirt now.


Hehe Perona kinda reminds me of Pikku Myy/Little My.

Nami almost looks like she stole Califa's secretary clothes in that panel. And that whole colorspread was gorgeous.

Perona looks like she could be Luffy's gothic loli sister. And I swear I almost screamed "HOLY SHIT" upon seeing Absalom the first time. Was NOT expecting him to look like that.

Yeah, Oda's colourspreads are usually either TEH PRITTY or AWSUM, (sometimes both) but this one was something special.

And now that you mention it, Perona does bear a resemblance to Luffy. It'd be kinda cool if she turned out to be a D, but One Piece, being shounen, tends to give all the really threatening roles to men.
